1. Scope of the guarantee

This manufacturer's warranty applies in addition to the statutory warranty rights under applicable EU consumer protection law (including Directive 2019/771 and 2011/83/EU) and does not limit these in any way.

  • Private individuals (non-commercial use):
     2-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects under normal use.
  • Commercial use (e.g. in spas or studios):
     6-month warranty on key components.

Note: If the installation is in extremely humid or saline environments (e.g., less than 20 km from the coast), additional protective measures may be necessary. Please contact us before installation.

2. Conditions & Procedure

  • The guarantee applies exclusively to private use, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Defective components will be repaired free of charge or replaced with tested spare parts at the manufacturer's discretion.
  • A refurbished replacement can be provided after three months.
  • Labor or travel costs are not part of the guarantee.
  • Improper use or installation will void the warranty.

3. Use

For a warranty claim, please send the following information to our service:

  • Full name
  • Receipt or invoice number
  • Description of the defect including photo or video

A defect should be reported within two months of discovery (consumers), commercial customers within 14 days.

Repairs may only be performed by authorized technicians. Unauthorized intervention will void the warranty.

4. Covered components

The guarantee includes, among others, the following key elements of Aurora Ritual:

  • compressor
  • Cooling unit & heating
  • Water and circulation pump
  • Temperature sensor & control unit
  • Control panel & display
  • Stainless steel tub and wood cladding (structural integrity)

5. Spare parts

If a component is replaced within the warranty period, the original warranty period will continue to apply.

An exchange does not extend the warranty; the spare parts are covered for the remaining period.

Installation or removal costs are not part of the warranty.

6. Requirements & Exclusions

6.1 Exclusions (excerpt):

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Unauthorized additives (e.g. chlorine, salt, acids)
  • Frost damage when used unprotected outdoors
  • Use in saline environments without protective measures
  • Failure to follow the assembly, maintenance or operating instructions
  • Water or corrosion damage due to improper cleaning or location
  • Improper electrical installation (e.g. ungrounded sockets)
  • Damage caused by third parties, transport damage outside our logistics
  • Accidents or injuries due to improper use

Note: At temperatures below 0 °C, the module must be operated in a heated environment or stored in a protected area.

7. Liability

Aurora Wellness is not liable for indirect damages, loss of use or consequential damages resulting from improper use.

The personal responsibility for use (e.g. tolerance to cold, risk of slipping, health suitability) lies with the user.
