How often can I ice bathe?
Daily – as long as you're healthy and feeling well. This ritual thrives on regularity, not extremes. If you're unsure, we recommend consulting a doctor.
Can I use Aurora Ritual outdoors?
Yes – all materials are weatherproof. The pool can be placed outdoors, but should be protected from frost in winter when not in use.
How is Aurora Ritual delivered and how much does it cost?
The ice pool is delivered in two modules on a pallet: the pool and the access/technical unit. Shipping is free within the EU. Delivery is via a freight forwarder with advance notice.
How long does delivery take?
Each Aurora Ritual is individually produced, tailored to the highest standards of material, workmanship and effect.
The delivery time is currently 8-10 weeks, depending on production capacity and shipping method.

How does the setup and commissioning work?
The basin and module are connected on-site – simply and without tools. The basin is then briefly rinsed, filled with clean water (approximately 60 minutes, depending on the pressure), and the target temperature is set. Cooling occurs at approximately 3°C per hour – depending on the environment and initial temperature.
How much power does it consume?
Power consumption depends on usage and ambient temperature. Cooling requires approximately 1-1.5 kW per day. In standby mode, consumption drops significantly. Good insulation and covering help save energy.
What power connection does Aurora Ritual require?
Aurora Ritual is powered by a grounded 230 V outlet with a protective contact (Schuko, 50 Hz). Grounding is essential for safety – it reliably dissipates potential voltage spikes. If you are unsure whether your outlet is suitable, we recommend consulting a specialist before connecting it.
How does the water stay fresh?
The integrated ozone module and replaceable filters keep the water hygienically clean – completely without chemicals. With regular use, the water stays clear for up to four weeks. Please do not use additives containing chlorine, salt, or acid – they will attack the stainless steel.
How quickly is the water completely circulated and cleaned?
The integrated pump circulates all the water in about 7 minutes.
In combination with the ozone module and the filter, this creates continuous, silent cleaning – without any chemical additives.
How often do the filters need to be changed?
On average, every four weeks. Five replacement filters are included. Changing them takes just a few seconds.
Please check the filter regularly to ensure a consistent water flow and to protect the technology in the long term.
How is the ozone module maintained?
The ozone module operates maintenance-free for several years. Replacing the ozone cell is recommended after 24–36 months at the earliest, depending on usage intensity.
How do I clean the ice basin?
With water and stainless steel cleaner. Please avoid chlorine-based, salt-based, or aggressive cleaning agents – these can damage the stainless steel.
Is Aurora Ritual child-safe?
The pool is deep enough for a full bath, but not openly accessible. The cover provides additional protection, but children should not be allowed to use it unsupervised.
